All rooms have high ceilings, ceiling fans & screened windows. Unit is second story, features a roomy shaded porch facing north, surrounded by large yard with lots of shade trees. Maid service once per week, no need to tidy up before checkout.

Daily rate for under 7 days. Minimum stay is 5 nights. No extra person charge, maximum 4 persons, plus one in crib (extra charge). Please add 7% government tax. All rates US Dollars. Unlike most, we add NO 10-15% service charges! However, surcharges may apply to stays under 1 week. Check-in after 3pm, check-out 9am.

Rooms have ceiling fans & screened windows. Unit is on ground floor, features roomy shaded porch facing north, and surrounded by large yard with lots of shade trees. Maid service once per week, no need to tidy up before checkout.

Transportation: We can arrange for a taxi to greet you at either Tortola's Beef Island Airport or the West End Ferry Terminal, if you are flying into St. Thomas, USVI. We are also happy to arrange for you a rental vehicle. (Transportation fees are the responsibility of our guests.)

For an extra $450 per week, you can use one of our Suzuki Grand Vitara 4WD 4-door SUVs.

Reservations: A deposit is required within one week in order to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For Cancellations outside 45 days prior to arrival 75% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
